I met Dion Vasquez when he first moved his business to Richmond from Westchester County, NY. Since meeting him,
he has worked on a piece of rental property for me, fixing it up so I could sell it and also completing the repairs after
I received the inspector's "walk through" list.
On the rental property he repaired the roof, secured
loose siding, reworked the front porch railings giving it much more eye appeal from the street, replaced load bearing split
floor joist under the house, repaired some electrical problems at the panel and a hot water heater, repaired plumbing leaks
and repoured concrete on the back cement slab so water would drain away from the house.
He has also done numerous
jobs on my own house. With Dion I have a one-stop, solve-all problem alternative. He is well versed in all aspects
of home improvement. He is also courteous, punctual and has reasonable rates.

I have to say that from the moment Mr. Vasquez did the first job for me,
which was simply to fix my kitchen sink, I was truly pleased with the results and even more with the "painless"
experience to deal with someone knowledgeable, capable, who listens to what I want and makes it happens for a very reasonable
price. If it was not for Mr. Vasquez affordable fees I could not have done everything I got done in my co-op
apartment, until I ended up having the apartment of my dreams (as you can see in his site pictures). Now
I moved to a house and Mr. Vasquez has already done plenty of work for. The improvements are not only
beautiful and functional, but every change goes with my house (it is a historic home) like if it had been part of the house
since it was built. He also did a wonderful Armoire that left me thinking that there are people definitely talented
and he is one of them. He saved me over $600 comparing his price to the prices of armoires already built, plus I ended up
with a better quality custom built piece that is amazing. The best recommendation Mr.
Vasquez can have is really his work. I do not do this for just anyone and I have very high standards, but I can
say that Mr.Vasquez is someone you can trust to do the best job you can imagine, at an affordable price. All I can say is
that with Mr. Vasquez you are in the best hands for any small, medium or large project (I had all of those) and it is truly a

I have had Dion at my house on two different occasions to do repairs on my doors, locks, hinges, and framing. He did
excellent work and both me an my wife were very pleased. He has great integrity, workmanship, and his prices are more

Dion has been heaven-sent. I just met him about 3 weeks ago and it
feels like I have known him for a lifetime. I met Dion by calling a "Handyman" bandit sign. At that time, I was in need of a contractor who would be reliable, trustworthy, and
do a great job. The last contractor I dealt with turned out to be very untrustworthy. I was being charged for

Over the course of three years, Dion has done several home renovations work for me. My first project was
turning a half bath to a full bath. That work required adding a shower, rerouting water and gas pipes and adding a linen closet
and laundry room. The work came out very nice. My second project was turning my garage into
a living space that comprised of playroom, entertaining room and a wet bar. Once again Dion's craftmanship met my expectations.
He helped me in the design, and did a nice job executing the plan. The project involved adding a heating zone, rewiring for
electricity and running water and gas lines. My other project was a shed. Dion built a nice
spacious, comfortable and usable shed.
Dion takes great pride in his work. He is very
conscious of budget limits and has a knack for design.
